RC Vigan spearheaded the day care project at Brgy. Cadanglaan, Magsingal with the cooperation of the Lussoc National High School Interact Club. Present were Dir. Heidel, Dir. Steve and Asst. Dir. Date. The LNHS Interactors who were present were VP Mary Anne, PE Felicar, Sec. Bert and Treas. Chris. PE Theena of CNHS and PE Joyce of ISNHS came to help as well.
