Last Week, we visited the houses of 10 potential scholars. Initially there were 40 applicants who came two weeks during the initial interview at the Rotary Building. The list was cut short to 10 according to the most needy and had excellent grades. From the 10, only 6 will be selected for the scholarship grants sponsored by Rotarians from RC Vigan.
