ISNHS Scholars Weekly Allowance

Every Monday, at 12:30 noon Ilocos Sur National High School (near the Gym), the Rotary Club of Vigan gives P175 @ to the 17 RC Vigan scholars weekly. This week Dir. Heidel, Asst. Dir. Mignon, Rtn. Boyet and Office Sec. Archie gave the money to the scholars.
